"Feeling exhausted but great after my training session with the amazing Penny Jones! Would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Chepstow area 👍" Danielle Canty Chiropractor - Ridgeway Chiropractic Clinic Newport
"I have attended one of Penny's Pilates classes for more than five years. She is an excellent teacher and is always cheerful and enthusiastic. Each session is carefully planned, beginning with a warm up and ending with stretches .....so that you always feel better afterwards! Exercises start at a basic level and are developed, so that you are able to improve your core strength and fitness gradually. Penny ensures that you use the correct techniques and is always happy to adapt exercises if necessary"

"Penny's TPP classes have really helped me to manage my back pain. I have noticed the pain becomes worse when I am unable to attend a class"

Dear Penny,
Although you said ladies from Tuesday last need not reply...I'm no lady!
I would like to say that the format of your Trigger Point Session is extremely well put together. The variation week by week is well thought out and therefore never too repetitive or boring. The benefits I personally have gained since a year ago are tremendous. I began with a fracture injury to right shoulder stiff left knee and swelling, unable to kneel or lift myself out of a bathtub without going onto hands and knees. A year later and I am stronger, much more flexible and 10kg lighter.
At 63, I feel 10 years younger and positive about the future. Tuesday my favourite day!
The injunction to drink lots of water and go easy after the class gives permission to love oneself a bit for a change, which is mentally and physically refreshing!
Thank you Penny, you are the best practitioner I have ever encountered.

Facebook 5 star....
I have trained with Penny for about 11 years ! From spin to yoga. Penny is amazing, attention to detail is her priority, making sure every single class member is doing the class they are at properly. I would 100% recommend Penny. Very motivating too and great music to help

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q What is involved in the classes?
A You will start the class by gently mobilising the body, learning how to stay in good alignment and how to connect breath to each exercise. Using compression, movement and dynamic stretching, you will journey through a system to release the body's fascia, trigger point by trigger point. During the class you will use foam rollers, small spiky myofascial release balls, midi sized Pilates balls and stretch bands. Most of the class is spent on an exercise mat.
Q Do I need to be an active and fit person to do these classes?
A No you do not. Most people who lead a normal lifestyle can do these classes. You will be required to complete a basic health questionnaire in order to participate.
Q Do I need to wear special clothing?
A Wear clothes that feel comfortable and you can stretch in.
Jog bottoms, leggings and a vest or t-shirt are perfect.
