I am a Pilates and fitness instructor specialising in both Trigger Point and Traditional Pilates. I also offer individually tailored "one to one" sessions where I can design a personal program to help you to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals
I am based in Chepstow in South Wales and am a qualified REPs level three instructor. I have also recently acquired a new qualification in Trigger Point Pilates where I was trained by Lydia Campbell, the creator of this technique, who brought this revolutionary therapy to the UK just over ten years ago.
